Church Vocations

Vocations Office of the Archdiocese of Chicago for information about answering the call to priesthood.

The Quigley Scholars Program
For over 100 years, the Archbishop Quigley Preparatory Seminary has been educating young men for the priesthood. The Scholars Program was established by Cardinal Francis George in April 2007. To apply you must:

  •  Be a baptized, practicing Roman Catholic

  • Have interest in exploring the priesthood

  • Attend Catholic or public high school

  • Be willing to attend once-a-month evenings of prayer, dinner, spiritual formation and fun with the St. Joseph College Seminary community at Loyola University

  • Be willing to pray for vocations and for others

  • Be willing to love and serve God and His people with great joy.
